Images Files
We recommend submitting image files as .jpg for best performance. If images need to have a transparent background (such as for a shelf display) then .png is best.
Video and Audio Files
For best all-around performance we recommend submitting .mp4 (video) and .mp3 (audio) files. If other formats are submitted they are converted to .mp3/4 format by default unless directed otherwise
