Scheduler Tool

Jibunu’s scheduler tool offers a dynamic way to allow respondents to schedule interviews.

A standard Scheduler Tool includes:

  • A contact page where you can collect information from the respondent, such as their name and email address.
  • A page where respondents can select from a list of timeslots that you define.
  • A hold page or landing page where respondents can be directed to once they’ve finished scheduling their interview.
  • Two automatic emails using any text you provide:
    • A confirmation email with a listing of the timeslot and any other details you’d like to include, such as a zoom interview link.
    • A reminder email set to send at your preferred time before the interview begins.
  • Compatibility with any time zones.
  • Timeslot schedule information reported in your data.
  • A Scheduler Tool link, that allows you to change the available timeslots in real time, so you can easily adjust depending on your team’s availability.

We will need the following information from you in order to setup the scheduler and email notifications:

  • Timeslots including dates, times, and duration, and any required time gaps in between timeslots.
  • The time zones the timeslots should be shown in.
  • Desired Contact Information from the respondent (ex. First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Alternative Phone Number, Time Zone)
  • Text for Contact Page (ex. Please enter your contact information below.)
  • Text for Scheduler Page (ex. Please select your primary preference for the interview day/time (kindly note that times are in EST.))
  • Text for Pretest Hold Page (ex. Thank you for scheduling your telephone interview. We will be contacting you to confirm your interview time.)
  • A list of addresses that should be included on the email notifications.
  • Email Templates for the confirmation and reminder emails.
