Incentive Processing

Incentive Types

We typically handle the following incentive types: Amazon codes, Tango gift card codes, or Visa gift card codes. We may be able to handle other gift cards that can be processed and redeemed online. If Jibunu is procuring the incentives, payment is required prior to the incentives being purchased. Amazon, Tango, Visa or any other gift card code can be purchased in advance and supplied to Jibunu to process.

Incentive Methods of Delivery Templates

Fulfillment of incentives can be delivered in a few ways:

  • Once the Respondent completes the study, they are automatically emailed the code to redeem.
      • This requires that the incentives are all purchased up front and then programmed within the survey.
      • Note, with this option the survey quotas will be set to only the max number of incentives purchased and programmed, and you won’t have access to adjust the overall quota.
  • Once the study has ended, we email all respondents that completed the study.
      • If needed, we can also deliver the incentives in a couple of batches based on when respondents completed the survey so those that completed earlier don’t have to wait quite so long.
  • Deliver an Incentive code on the Complete page of the survey.
      • With this option, as they aren’t receiving an email the respondent will need to make sure they save the incentive information or redeem their code right way as once the survey closes this page won’t be available to them any longer.
  • Or, any combination of the above.

Incentive Templates

Depending on the method of delivery you choose, the following incentive message templates may be needed:

  • Completed Page
  • Automated Message Upon Completion
  • Email Notification Upon Close of the Study
    • Subject line
    • Body text
    • From email address and name
