If you are using FileZilla, here is what you need to do to access the files on the SFTP:<\/p>\n

  1. Click on file<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Site Manager<\/li>\n
  3. Click on New Site<\/li>\n
  4. Change the Protocol to SFTP<\/li>\n
  5. Change the Host to the Server Address shown to you from the pop-up information<\/li>\n
  6. Change Logon Type to key file<\/li>\n
  7. Put in your Username which will be the one that appeared on the pop-up information<\/li>\n
  8. Browse to the correct File (downloaded PEM file)\n

    1. When you browse your files, you will need to switch the file type from ppk files to pem files<\/li>\n
    2. When selecting the PEM file and it asks to convert to another supported file type, click yes.<\/li>\n
    3. When it asks for a password, enter the ‘PEM File Password’ that appeared on the pop-up information<\/li>\n
    4. Save the file under another name<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Click Connect\n

      1. When it asks for another password, use the same one for the PEM file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        You should now be connected!<\/p>\n
