Data Retention Policy

Data related to surveys stored by Jibunu, including data files, are encrypted and securely stored with restricted access on servers located in the United States. Jibunu asks that you let us know as soon as a study can be closed. Unless otherwise notified, any study that has been inactive (no respondent activity in the study) for 60 days will be closed. Some studies may have periods of inactivity based on the particular needs of the study. In these cases, exceptions can be made regarding when the study is closed. This can be discussed with your Project Manager. New data pulls can happen for up to six months after the survey closes. After this time, the data in the database, all data files, and all sample files are destroyed. Once data has been destroyed it cannot be retrieved. If different data retention requirements are needed, please contact your Project Manager.
